Standard ERROR messaging on OPTS Startup
During the startup process if no owlPIRestart.bin file exists, the logs on both sides of the unit will display and error as follows.
ERROR CConfigFile: :ReadFile can't open file /OwldataHD/owlPI/talk-blue/Data/OwlPiRestart.bin
This error is normal if the owlPiRestart.bin file has been removed from the system, or if the file was never generated by the application. This can be due to the application being started for the first time, or the startup process never completing in which the restart file would be generated.
